Who Are We?
Our membership is comprised of parishioners of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church – men and women who have found that they could spare a few hours and wish to give back to the church by helping those in need within their community.

What Does Social Concerns Do?
Social Concerns is the parent Ministry that operates the St. Joseph’s Food Pantry; organizes the Sunday Supper program each month; collects and distributes the Back to School items for children; helps the veterans and severely wounded men and women through various local and National organizations such as the Bob Woodruff Foundation in their efforts to provide for the needs all veterans and their families; and at Christmas, manages the Giving Tree for the children within our parish boundaries.

Are their meetings that members have to attend?
Only Committee chair-persons are required to attend meetings when their project is going into production.” Un-scheduled meetings may be announced for members as needed for new projects.
